This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from ShelvingMate (the “Physical Goods”).
We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment for ShelvingMate products. Any product found to be defective within this time period may be returned to us, freight prepaid, with prior return authorization for repair or replacement (at our discretion) at no charge. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and in no event shall ShelvingMate be liable for consequential or indirect damages to goods, property, equipment or personnel. Nor shall we be liable for damages to equipment or for personal injury caused by misuse, overload, accidental damage, alteration, improper installation, or unauthorized use of the product. Under no circumstances will we be responsible for any indirect or consequential damages due to errors in weighing or failure of our product to perform properly.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, ShelvingMate will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This Limited Warranty is transferable.
What will we do to correct problems?
ShelvingMate will repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from ShelvingMate is One (1) Year from the date of purchase.
A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 1 Year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
– conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
– conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification- damaged or destroyed by natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disaster
– theft or loss of the Physical Goods
ShelvingMate will not pay for shipping charges.
ShelvingMate will not assume risk of loss or damage to the Physical Good while in transit to us.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Deliver the Physical Goods, in either its original packaging or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, including any accessories or documents that shipped with the Physical Goods to the address specified by ShelvingMate.

Returns of customized product are not acceptable and returns of standard unopened product will only be accepted at ShelvingMates’s sole discretion. There will be a 15% restocking fee and cost of shipping for any returns in good state standard product. Order cancellations may be made without penalty within 24 hours after order has been made.
